Multi-Applicator™
What is Multi-Applicator™?
The Multi-Applicator™ is designed to simultaneously test multiple coating thicknesses. The standard specification comes with three compartments to test three thicknesses (M3), and can also be made reversible to test six thicknesses (M6). The compartment size and numbers can be customized to fit the customer's needs. Its high precision, wire cut, single-piece structure makes it easy to use and clean. It can be used to coat by hand or on a test coater such as Mini-Labo™ (R2R Tabletop Test Coater), Mini-Labo Deluxe™ (R2R Lab Coater) and βCoater™ (Precision Sheet Coater).

- For low viscosity fluids: 20, 40, 60 um
- For medium viscosity fluids: 75, 100, 125 um
- For high viscosity fluids: 100, 200, 500 um
- Custom Gaps: between 20 to 500 um

Yasui Seiki Multi-Applicator™ are made-to-order custom parts. Each applicator is designed and machined in-house to the 1/1000th of a millimeter precision using our precision wire-cutter.
