Thin and Stable Coating

Birch Nano Center at Purdue University has been using our MICROGRAVURE™ as well slot die technologies to develop their biosensors. When thin and stable is crucial, not many coating methods can outshine what MICROGRAVURE™ can deliver.

** For Medical & Pharmaceutical applications, our facility is not ISO certified; therefore, we cannot undertake production-scale coatings. We can, however, assist developing a new coating process and procedure or making improvements to the existing process and procedures on a trial basis.
